A History of our company goes back to the year 1991 when Mr Aleksander, Slawomir and Dariusz Bakowski set up a commercial enterprise under the name Wandalex S.C. In 1995 a fast developing company transformed into a Joint-Stock Company Wandalex S.A. with an initial capital 100.000 PLN. Since 2000 Wandalex S.A. is a public company quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange.
